If you are experiencing this, try setting the archive bit for the data.bin file - in Windows this can be either be done from the file's properties dialog (right click on it in Windows Explorer and check the box) or from the command line using "attrib +a ". Note: Some people are having problems with the Wii not "seeing" the save file on the SD card. Open the SD card and select the "Twilight Hack" save that corresponds to your game region. Go into Wii Options -> Data Management -> Save Data -> Wii.įind your Zelda save, click on it, click "Erase", and click Yes. Put your SD card in your Wii and turn it on. Never Ever Ever Update Your Wii From Nintendo Here is a video of some of the cool things you can do once you have hacked your wii! It works with 4.3u/e/j/k as well! Warning: Softmoding can brick your wii, this is very highly unlikely.
Password = NOT-A-PIRATE (This is the password for any downloaded files) This softmod/hack works for any wii! Old Wii's, New Wii's, VIrgin Wii's, Korean Wii's, Japanese WIi's, Softmodded Wii's, Hardmodded Wii's etc. This is a 100% legal! (Unless you go and download pirated games, even though you don't have the original games.) (So don't do that!) "HACKING A WII UNLEASHES ITS TRUE POTENTIAL!"
you can play backups of games if you lost your original games.(Like I do) You can play N64, SNES and SEGA console games on your wii! With the appropriate emulators.and you can use homebrew applications (There are loads of them ) Then you can also unlock the hidden DVD movie player, if you have a version older than 2010, or if its newer, then you can unlock the USB movie player!
I thought maybe the problem could be that I copied the files from a zip file without extracting it first so maybe it didn't uncompress them or something.? Anyways i need this to work because I can't continue playing melee on dolphin because the collective lag of my screen and the adapter makes it so that I'm basically practicing everything at a couple frame delay which is building bad muscle memory.Well the answer to that question is that. For the 4.05 version I can select characters and everything but when I go into a stage it crashes with the same screen. For the old 20xx that is where it crashes and says an error happened please turn of GameCube console. anyway when I launch them they launch and ask for a memory card, I don't have one and didn't set up a virtual one either so I just select no. I know both the iso files work in dolphin so it isn't them that's busted. Another problem I have is without using bootmii, I installed nintendont and 20xx 4.05 and an older version of 20xx. It says the boot1 on my console won't let me get boot2, which I don't know what that means. I installed everything properly onto my sd card (which is only 128mb which I thought maybe could be to small or something so that may be the problem?) and installed homebrew fine. I heard it was a problem with newer wii consoles, but the wii I have was bought like a week after the wii's release, so that isn't why I can't get boot2. If you know any solution please help, I'm going crazy!
